We have finally arrived in New Zealand after spending 15 hours on a plane from Los Angeles to Sydney and 3 additional hours from Sydney to Auckland, New Zealand. Here is an great photo taken from the plane during landing in Auckland.
Other than a rather rapid descent trajectory taken by our Air New Zealand Carrier, all the flights were pretty smooth. Virgin Australia is very retro "cool" in colo(u)r theme selection.
We all managed to view at least 2 movies each and caught up on some sleep.
Number 1 Rule learned so far in New Zealand: Drive on the left side of the road as indicated by the complementary yellow sticker in our rental car. Well have to go. Will update soon.
